If you are looking to start your fitness journey but do not know where to begin, I can help! All workouts are beginner friendly and can be modified to fit your needs. “The goal of the #MomsWithBods Program is to Regain Our Strength & Beauty Inside & Out! Bearing children is one of the most selfless things we as women can do. We give our bodies & minds away to create life, and sometimes, one or both are never the same afterwards.
This program is not only about getting our body back, but you will be part of a little community that can understand, support, lift you up when needed, and most important, ACCOUNTABILITY!
